Karriere-Coaching \/ Mentoring

Coaching<\/h6>\n

Ein gro\u00dfer Begriff oder eine gro\u00dfe Blase?<\/h2>\n

Unterschiedliche Beratungsmethoden werden als Coaching bezeichnet. Im Gegensatz zur klassischen Beratung werden beim Coaching jedoch keine direkten L\u00f6sungen geliefert, sondern die Entwicklung eigener L\u00f6sungen wird durch den Coach begleitet und unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

In strukturierten Gespr\u00e4chen zwischen dem Coach und dem Coachee (oder den Coachees) werden berufliche und private Themen behandelt. Die Einsch\u00e4tzung durch den Coach und die gemeinsame Entwicklung individueller L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze sind Ziel des Coachings.<\/p>\n
